Reservation and Cancellation Policy

 

1)     Reservations will are recommended to ensure space availability for the desired dates of the stay.

2)     A deposit equal to the cancellation charge will be charged at the time of reservation (see item 4 below).

3)     Deposit may be conveyed by mail via check or money order or via telephone by credit card charge (Mastercard or VISA).

4)     Cancellation charges will be assessed as follows for late cancellation:

a.      One day’s rent for cancellations after 1:00 PM on the day preceding the beginning of a daily reservation.

b.     One day’s rent for cancellations less than one week before the beginning of a weekly reservation.

c.      One weeks rent for cancellations less than one month before the beginning of a monthly reservation.

d.     Cancellations made in advance of the time limit specified in 4a, 4b, and 4c will be refunded in full if the reservation was placed directly with the Park.  Reservations made through on-line booking systems may have an additional cancellation fee.

5)     At time of check-in, the reservation deposit will be credited as payment toward the rental charge.  All rental fees are payable at check-in.

6)     For weekly and monthly rentals, a $50.00 electricity deposit will be received in the form of either a check or a credit card charge authorization at the time of check-in.  This amount will not actually be cashed or charged at check-in and will be returned upon payment of actual electric charges at the end of the stay.
